I go in to this Jamba one and awhile. Well today I went in for my free birthday Smoothie I was shocked to see how rude this... worker was to me. I showed him the coupon to better understand what size cup I?m allowed to get with the coupon and his responsewas ? Well you have to order something first? so I order a Vanilla Blue Sky and he asks me what size? I responded with ?a smallright?? And he replied ? I don?t know I guess? and I told him that?s why I showed the coupon to know what size to get. Heresponds with ? well scan it to actually get the smoothie?. I believe his name was Rashad. Came in recently and ordered a smoothie that?s supposed to be on the secret menu, at first it seemed like it wasn?t possible to... make my smoothie exactly the way it was intended but Anthony and his manager were able to make it happen! This store closes at 20:00. I arrived at 19:40 and was informed that I was not able to order a drink because they had already... cleaned the juicer. I wonder how much money this store is losing because of situations like this? Bad business practice. Read more
