Ordered from this McDonald's to get a Halloween bucket, no bucket. Ordered again, no bucket. Finally drove there and they gave... me the bucket but told me I had to order a new kids meal. Fine, ordered food for me and my wife and ordered another kids meal.Got home, missing my burger, missing straws, and missing my daughter juice. I seriously can't comprehend how these are the samepeople asking for $20/hr yet they can't seem to figure out how to put the items on the screen inside of a bag. Sick of payingfor things and not getting them because the staff can't read or count. Seriously never going to McDonald's again. What a joke. Read more
BEWARE with your drink!! I ordered one ice coffee and hash brown. The ice coffee they gave me had orange juice mixed with the... coffee. That taste was sickening. I drove back to the place and called the manager to check my ice coffee. She said it's theirmistake which can happen. No way! Who would put orange juice in the coffee by mistake. It was not a mistake. It's an Asianhate crime!!! But, without any apology, she just asked me what I want her to do, asking whether I want a new coffee orrefund. I told her that I want their sincere apology. Then she said "sorry" with a rude attitude and was gone inside. I cannotbelieve how terrible their customer service and attitude was. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's even worse when theymishandle the customer complaint adding even more fuel to the fire. Simply unacceptable! I cannot trust this place anymore. Wrong order drink, cold stale fries, initial wrong order. If you're looking for a cold nasty meal go here I've never been to a... worse McDonald's. It's just a bunch of high schoolers standing around acting miserable. Heaven forbid if you want to correctyour order they act like you're a Karen. The drive thru order taker/cashie on this late afternoon clearly was either having a bad moment, was not trained thoroughly or... was brand new was struggling with my order - I was struggling hearing him clearly thru the Mic & crazymaking was starting.....2of my items were heard wrong & change was made for my payment of a $20 bill, not the $50 bill I handed over.....took 2 people,at 2 different times to straighten out the correct change due back to me....... It happens and the manager was patient &accommodating to my plight. Cheeseburgers were good as we stopped to celebrate National Cheesburger Day and that was that!???????? Read more
I ordered doordash at this mcdonalds and saw clearly that they were preparing my order on the app (which means it was "bumped"... or confirmed on their screen). My doordasher gets there and tells me that mcdonalds is "having problems receiving orders" so myorder was cancelled. I placed my order once again with the same items and a doordasher was there within 20 minutes of my initialorder being placed and picked up the food perfectly fine. Denying customers a meal and lying to people who waste their gas,time, and money at this establishment just because you're lazy is beyond rude and just sad. This McDonald's has really upgraded a lot!! I love the new and improved indoor play area. So nice for kids to play when there... are rainy days or just really hot days and you want to be in the AC. You can grab either a meal or a sweet treat and just sitback and chillax. Read more
Love how personable the drive thru is! I enjoy the cashiers calling me by my first name. The food is the best at this McDonald's... than any other I have been too. Read more
