I stoped by the mcdonalds today to order a big mac and the lady behind the counter on tuesday around 12 o clock did a very good... job she was the only one there and she kept calm cool and collective. I did not get her name but I would say she was between 18and 24 she had a slender figure dark eye and a very clean uniform on. Read more
They definitely need to employee more educated and cleanliness personnel. They also give half or incomplete everything they... sell. They always give the customer half for their order especially when they are putting the ice cream and this is very wrongand rude. Read more
Extremely disappointed by two staff's behavior. I was there just after 6.30pm today on 10/08/2020 and ordered for a diet drinks... (Without Ice) and a large Fries. The Male staff was literally sweeping the plate/box to get some fries. He was barely able tofill the box or cared or bothered to fill it. Second when the female staff was filling up the drink I just reminded about " NOICE". She literally banged the glass and threw the Ice which she put carelessly .I do not understand being in customer service industry for 28 years (a)how these people are trained (b) where is the supervision? My overall experience with this McDonald?s is pretty bad let?s start with the line. The people working at this McDonald?s could... use some signs for better directions we have customers with their 7 children crowded around the register making it hard forpeople to get through then we have the rude employees with blank and rude expressions Then they get my order wrong I asked fortwo snack wraps and a medium fries and I was given back one snack wrap and two medium fries. Not the best McDonald's in the area. Most of the times I've been here it seems as if they're serving dead food, it'd either... taste a bit off or be incredibly stale. I guess this location is ok if you want a quick bite while shopping, otherwise you'rebetter off going to one of the other restaurants in the food court or the freestanding location outside the mall on State Road 7and Stribling. I would give 0 stars if I could, my main disappointment with this franchise is that do not provide cup of water, this is the... third time and their excuse is that the dispenser is broken and they offer to buy a bottle instead, which I think is a way tomake more money at their end.I see this is only location since I have been at least other five different ones and all of themprovide water.
