10/4/22, 6pm. Not into fast food much, but it's ok on occasions. This one is by my house. In 2022 it doesn't matter what time I... come in, there's no one at the register, I usually have to use the kiosk. The ENTIRE staff is always ONLY catering the drivethrough. If you do finally get your food, it's wrong 80% of the time. Spoke to a manager, no clue how to manage. TIP OF THE DAY:two people in drive through, two at FRONT. Made a late night stop, about 10 pm. Sat unacknowledged in drive-thru lane for several minutes. Drove ahead and only one car was... being given their food. Circled back to drive-thru and experienced another long wait with no response to our "hello?" onspeaker. Finally, drove to pickup window and ordered. Meanwhile saw 2 other irate drivers go past (one, gesturing!), apparentlyafter sitting in the drive-thru dead zone and giving up. Got home to discover a Big Mac was missing a beef patty. One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to , came and ordered one cheeseburger meal for dine in , there was one lady inside... who let me know she had waited 20 min for one drink after I ordered , there was 4 cars in drive thru , waited 40 minutes for myone meal to be done meanwhile drive thru kept getting their orders and all new people that came to the drive thru where givenpriority . The remodel is nice... but, very cold feeling. I understand D-Thru business trumps everything these days, but it seems like a... walk-in customer is a huge inconvenience to them. This location's consistency to "sweet tea" is abysmal. Why? Tea + sugar =basic. Read more
