I usually won?t leave a review for a place where I previously didn?t have a stellar experience, but I felt compelled. We came... into the Panda Express that we have visited before with mixed experiences and this time it was different, very different. Wewere immediately met by Warren (manager?) who offered samples and had a great attitude. Winnie at the register was alsowonderful. The entire staff seemed engaged and working together. Line control was better than ever. All of the food was allthere with nice, bright POP/signage. The processes were fluent and efficient. And most importantly, the people left happy?including us. There was a good energy here 5:30pm 9/29. A positive energy. It goes further than you know; even though peoplewon?t provide the appropriate appreciation or reciprocal energy. Awful. I literally waited in my car until they were to open. I waited an extra 5 minutes. The girl inside looks at me and waves... her hand up and proceeds to keep doing what she is doing. I literally Did not know what she meant by holding her hands up andshe shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to go back to what she was doing. I waited another minute to see if she would serve me. Iwas not served at this restaurant so I left. Another guy was waiting in his car as well. He ended up leaving. Very disappointedand disgusted. Read more
