So delicious! I got the black pepper chicken and the chicken and mushrooms and both were outstanding but I think my favorite is... that black pepper chicken it?s just got that spicy kick to it. I usually won?t leave a review for a place where I previously didn?t have a stellar experience, but I felt compelled. We came... into the Panda Express that we have visited before with mixed experiences and this time it was different, very different. Wewere immediately met by Warren (manager?) who offered samples and had a great attitude. Winnie at the register was alsowonderful. The entire staff seemed engaged and working together. Line control was better than ever. All of the food was allthere with nice, bright POP/signage. The processes were fluent and efficient. And most importantly, the people left happy?including us. There was a good energy here 5:30pm 9/29. A positive energy. It goes further than you know; even though peoplewon?t provide the appropriate appreciation or reciprocal energy. Awful. I literally waited in my car until they were to open. I waited an extra 5 minutes. The girl inside looks at me and waves... her hand up and proceeds to keep doing what she is doing. I literally Did not know what she meant by holding her hands up andshe shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to go back to what she was doing. I waited another minute to see if she would serve me. Iwas not served at this restaurant so I left. Another guy was waiting in his car as well. He ended up leaving. Very disappointedand disgusted. Read more
Staff was so friendly and genuinely so nice! They were the best part of the visit. The food was awful! Thank God the whole meal... was only $10 bucks, so I didn't feel completely horrible throwing it away. I have never had a good experience with PandaExpress. Never again. We were big Panda fans. Spent hundreds every month. We stopped going about a year ago after my husband was racially... profiled at this location. We decided to go back tonight. What a mistake. Our order was ?ready? at 7:15pm. We arrive at7:20pm. Waited an hour. I decided to check my food before getting home. Thank god I did. The woman literally put rice and bigpiles of onions under my ?Beijing beef? to make it look like I had my two sides of beef there. AND the onions are raw, weren?teven cut? they look like a bunch of bananas. There?s no red peppers at all. Beef is dry as a bone. When we went it wasn?t super busy! The only suggestion is when you ask what we want you listen and not keep asking and giving us... the wrong items. Bowl is not a platter. I get the mask are a pain but listening helps a lot. The place is semi-clean. The staffaren?t overly friendly except for the one checking you out he seemed the nicest outta everyone here.
