Food tastes good. I order from mobile app it was super easy and fast to go pickup my order.
The ice machine is still broken. This has been broken for a while. (This is the reason for a low service rating) At times, it is... overrun by middle school kids who argue loudly enough to be heard from the other side of the dining room. The staff istypically helpful. However, wait times are, sometimes, overly long when there is little business. The food is expensive so itis not a great value. The Citrus Asian Crunch Salad is the best item on the menu for lunch and the cinnamon crunch bagel isdelicious. Read more

Ordered delivery and although they checked it on the receipt we did not receive our bread. We all know the bread is the best... part of ordering Panera. They wouldn?t deliver the bread when I called them, told me I had to pick it up which I cannot, hencewhy I ordered and paid more for delivery in the first place. Rapid pickup is a horrible process and needs to be more organized. This is the third time at this location I have ordered on the... app and went to pick it up and my food is not there. They just let anyone take whatever is on the shelves without proof ofpurchase. Which then makes ?rapid pickup? NOT rapid because then I have to stand there and wait for them to remake everything.It totally defeats the purpose of ordering from the app and choosing rapid pickup option when I have to stand there for 15-20minutes waiting for them to figure it out. On top of that management is horrible they don?t care what the customer has to say,they just respond with ?oh?.
