Went to this location today and it definitely went downhill the staff they had today was horrible. My absolute favorite spot for coffee in town, yes even against the other three Starbucks. These folks are always polite and move... like lightning when I order. Reading through these other 1-star ?reviews? I see a LOT of whiners. Good grief folks, they?re justhuman and there?s 10000 of you at all times making mountains of orders and impatiently sighing and tapping your overly priceyshoes. I used to love this Starbucks and the staff that came along with it. Most of the staff is new (or filling in from other... locations) and they are just not the same. The vibe is completely off, they stare at you for a minute before even saying hello,and they are extremely slow. I'm okay with slow, as long as my coffee comes out correct but the last 3 times I've been therethey have given me what looks like mud or clouds. Either there is no oatmilk at all or there is so much that is all you taste.No happy medium. Get it together Starbucks - your drinks are too expensive to not be made correctly. Read more
This place is terrible. The intentionally take their time or only have one person making drinks for everyone that goes inside to... order and will take forever. While the drive thru moves consistently and have three people making orders there. As if theintentionally don?t want you in there. Their coffee is not what it used to be because you no longer can add the right amount ofsugar and cream as before and they always get it wrong. Their espresso in their specialty drinks sucks or they just don?t addthe same amount anymore so I now have to spent another $1.50 for an extra shot. I?m done with this place. This is a really good Starbucks. The decor is clean and modern. There are plugs and USB charging everywhere, even hooks to hang... bags. This is very mobile office friendly. There are also outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to save you from the sun. Theyhave high seats, low seats, and comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff is great. I had asked what the dessert desert is and wastold it was the brownie heated it. She wasn?t kidding it was EXCELLENT! Get that for dessert. You won?t be disappointed.
