Order Curbside pick up ? waited for 15 minutes outside and no one came, had to go inside to ask for my food. Receipt said 7:55... and didn?t get my for until 8:30 when I arrived at 8:15. Asked the girl at counter for my food and she went looking for it. Theguy who handed me my order smirked when he gave me my food knowing it was sitting there and no apology. I am an employee of a different location within this chain. I decided to pick up dinner here today as I knew that their food is... made fresh daily and tastes great. However, after visiting this location, I realized that it could definitely be run better.Here?s why: 1: The front of house employee should have been more responsible when taking orders. They did not ask for shelltype or if some toppings should be omitted. I only knew to specify because I know the menu by heart. Someone else may not haverealized. 2: The employees let the phone ring for over a minute before answering it. If you order through this method, you mayfind difficulty. 3: The manager is not monitoring ingredients properly. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food because theyran out of carnitas, despite the fact that this item is heavily advertised all around the restaurant. They should have known tokeep this item in stock as people are likely to order it. 4: The store does not seem to be frequently cleaned. There wasnoticeable debris on the floor and some of the tables, despite the fact that the store was not busy, so there should have beenmore time to address this. In summary, you probably will not encounter difficulty obtaining quality food to-go here, but theremust be improvement for those who eat-in, and there is a chance that certain items will be out of stock. Went for Taco Tuesday. Was pleasantly surprised. Not a frequent guest there, Savannah made me feel welcome. She explained the... specials and gave recommendations. They have whole wheat tortillas. Our local taco restaurant is the best! We've been here twice now in the short time we've lived in Wellington, Fl. The cashier... guy was really nice. They have a hot sauce bar with a ton of choices and different heats. The great thing here is you get totaste it and purchase them if you like it. That to me is the best idea I hate buying hot sauce and it not being hot enough ortasting like vinegar and here you get a sample of them. The restaurant is clean. The menus are on the wall it's one you order atthe counter and they bring it to you. The food comes out super fast. It does have a couple of tables outside too. The waitresswho delivered the meals was nice too. The chips are nice and fresh tasting. The softshell chicken taco was really good. Theprices are really good too. Read more
