We decided to go to this Burger King for an afternoon lunch. The second we walked inside the restaurant, and we were greeted... with a smile by a lady named Lynda. Even though it was very busy, she took the time to treat us like all customers should betreated. Right after she took our order, we went to sit down to await our order to be ready. She ended up bringing our order tous along with all the sauces and condiments. While we were almost finished eating, she came into the lobby to check to make sureour food was good and was also asking nearby customers the same things. That?s true customer service. After our lunch, wedecided to gift them with a little surprise treat from the local bakery. Way to go team!! Read more
Visited this location today, 09/09/2022 around 1230pm Wow! All around amazing job. Drive Thru had their total A-game on while... the kitchen could be heard communicating and calling out needs. The manager did a fantastic job ensuring all the team memberswere okay and also double checking products were going out with exact specifications. But the gal who stood out the most todaywas Lynda. She was so approachable when we came in, very polite, brought us our food in the dining room with all the sauces andcondiments. She even checked on us and others in the lobby. Food and service was the worst. Food was cold and not made to order. Asked for fresh fries, still horrible and extremely salty.
Forgot my wife's onion rings. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and well, the chicken had been under the hot lamp for days.... Incredibly disgusting. 645 on Monday evening. The manager on duty should learn standards. The food is absolutely gross. Read more
