The girl working your drive thru on 10/16 morning shift is blowing her nose and wiping snot from her face with her hands?..and... not even sanitizing before grabbing my card??! You guys shouldn?t have her working period but at least give the girl a bottle ofsanitizer to sanitize before super spreading her cold to everyone paying today! Wow is all I can say! Ordered online, went in to pickup because I figured faster. WRONG. Waited 25 minutes for 2 kids meals, 2... quarter pounders and 1 large fry. No one knew what they were doing. Everyone so flustered. Drinks and food everywhere, no oneknew where anything went. Grill line really served some one 2 cheeseburgers with NO MEAT while I was there. ???? I had to tellthem when my food came up so they could bag it and give it to me bc I was so sick of standing there. I would have been betteroff going back there and making and grabbing it all myself. Waited in line at McDonald's for 20 minutes to get breakfast for my children when we pulled up the sign changed over for lunch I... asked them if they could still give me breakfast for my kids they refused the manager was completely rude and arrogant with meand they were laughing... The sign changing over for lunch means they probably still had breakfast items they were just refusingto service me... I think the integrity of McDonald's corporation has went downhill I'll never eat at McDonald's again this wasthe last time... I could never imagine running a restaurant like that and treating my customers in such a way... If somebodywaited 20 minutes to get breakfast at my place they're going to get breakfast regardless of the sign changes... This place takes forever. I don't know who was running but I didn't even get napkins in my bag. Had to ask for some. Out of... slushy mango mix maintenance, obviously needs to change the fryer oil in my McChicken was obviously held in the cabinet too long"time temperature abuse"dry and hard. And very dark in color. This the worst McDonald's i have ever been too. The Managers are the WORST. The food and service was so bad. Do yourself a... favor and go down to the on in Oberlin.
