Delicious food, great staff that's super accommodating for kids and an incredible view of the lake. I recommend going there for... 5 if you would like a patio view otherwise it would get very busy and they don't take reservations for the patio. Once you aredone with your meal grab some wine in a plastic wine glass and sit by the water and enjoy the sunset. They have a very niceseating area right by the water with a fire pit as well. ???? Great views and the food was fantastic. Drinks were also great. I recommend getting the country lavender sour. The server was... very kind and everything was perfect. The host was also very helpful and told us about a couple hot spots in the town. Woulddefinitely eat here again. Hard to get dinner reservations so Make sure to call in a couple days before! Returning to Drake Devonshire after over three years and I had the same pleasant experience dining here. I have removed "meat"... from my diet but could not resist the description of the Salmon Bowl. The salmon was so nicely marinated and done which made meso happy choosing to have fish. The staff were attentive. The waiting to be seated was not too long. I booked the Devonshire for brunch last Saturday for a group of 14 and I have nothing but amazing things to say about our dining... experience. The server, Mel, was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious (The Good Egg Breakfast is AMAZING and thescones are a must have). The drinks were creative, delicious and refreshing! The food came quickly, especially considering howbig our group was. Overall, a 10/10 dining experience. Highly recommend! Read more
People who worked there are amazingly nice and the location, decoration was really good. But, this is not enough by itself, we... went to the place for brunch on a great sunny day! We were excited for our food but it took more then an hour to come and thefood was okay. I understand the pricing but the avocado toast was really not worth it as well as the egg benedict. We were nothappy with the service and the food. I suggest whoever goes there to have some spare time for waiting and enjoy a drink thererather than a brunch. Hope they fix the service time since it is a nice location and a trusted place. Read more
We had brunch there. We seated at patio, lake view was pretty good. But there were so many insects at patio. They flied into our... drinks and foods.. so disgusting. We waited an half hour to get coffee and another half hour to get food. We asked the waitressif our order could be delivered little bit quicker. The answer was ?Nothing we can do.? Waiting for an hour to get food servedis really unreasonable considering the food is very simple. Speaking of food, they are just ok (or eatable?). I literallycannot say ?good?. Eggs were so oily. This place is one of the most stunning restaurants I?ve ever been to. All the staff was great and special shout out to Andrew,... he was an incredible server my partner and I love him, so nice and informative, he rocks.
