Had a birthday lunch there and the food was OK to Good, and prompt, and service friendly but the overall customer service... lacked. Example: I hate pickles, passionately! I even hate removing them from my food as it affects the taste. Yes, that's mebeing picky... but the restaurant would not serve me a burger without a pickle. It HAS to be there. As a joke I asked, what if Iwas allergic? They said they would leave it off so I said I was allergic. They agreed. Fine. Then the food still came withpickles on it. The point is not how picky I am, and I agree that "no substitutions" makes absolute sense in a busy restaurant.But... removing something by request that is unwanted from the meal and does not affect the recipe or ingredients, should atleast be up for discussion, and when agreed upon, actually left off. We needed a quick bite, in-between wineries and this place was great. The servers were excellent the food was delicious and the... view was wonderful. My only complaint is the soda water tasted off a little and I wondered if either the ice maker or soda tapsneed to be cleaned. Regardless, we will go back. Read more

I came here with a group of 6 for Saturday lunch. Patio seating had nice view and ambience. Staff were nice and friendly. We... ordered Cod tacos, coconut shrimps, chicken sammy, steak Sammy, Greek poutine. I had tacos, the cod was nice and crispy, themangoes were amazing. Taste is okay. The burger patties were burnt and super dry. The lady who is taking our take out orders was nice. She asked the... people in the kitchen to stop while they are making inappropriate comments about our big orders when they just opened thestore. We ordered the North Dock Burger, Classic Burger, Fish (too much batter) and Chips, Wings (8 pcs and they are super dry)for $16, the Maple Salad is VERY good, house salad is bland and Poutine is okay.
