They made my coffee four times stronger than it should be and my sandwich made me nauseous these kids need to be managed... properly it's like a circus in there. I didn't get what I ordered my breakfast sandwich didn't look that good I asked for a tea one suger one mate got it black. my... mom got a breakfast sandwich with no egg because there where no eggs and had to pay the full price never again going there .And the girl at the window didn't even pay attention to our order very bad place to get food. Terrible. Asked if they had a pumpkin spice muffin. The employee said yes. Asked for one. Asked if they had the Barbie doll. ... Though it was an actual barbie doll not a flippin donut. Get to the window, and asked for a second pumpkin spice muffin, thegirl at the eindow said we don't have pumpkin spice muffins, I said well what kind of muffin am I getting then, she said wedon't have a muffin on your order. Like, what is wrong with people. Asked for a blueberry Muffin. Paid for it. Girl handed memy tea, coffee and a bag. Stopped just around the corner to eat my muffin before heading on my way home and all I got was aflippin barbie donut. So disappointed. I believe the saying goes "Three strikes and you're out". Third time having my order thoroughly messed up at this location. ... This time I reiterated the specifics of my simple order to the point of making a joke about "ordering a Farmer's breakfastsandwich and getting a plain bagel with cheese and sauce". Ordered a home biscuits breakfast meal. Only got the sandwich and nothing else, even after bringing this to the server's... attention. She finally gave me the hash brown as if she's doing me a favor. I had to double check with the person taking theorder that in fact I paid for the "meal". He said yes, then turn and left without even bother to give me the drink which isincluded in the meal. People, if you don't want to work, you should quit. Customers should not have to pay to get really badand rude service. Read more
Coffee is good, snacks and donuts are ok, you can tell that they are pre made and not home made. Service is very scripted.
