With the dining and music, it was a great experience to feel Acadien culture. They had limited menus for the Congress but still... provided fricot, repure, and meat pie as Acadien variety. They were participating in the chowder trail as well. I had sometraditional food and my partner tried their seafood chowder. Chowder was classic but creamy rich. Actually had some bits oflobster. It was pretty good. My Acadien meal was very comforting like grandma's food. We got some baked goods to take home. Iliked their simple cinnamon rolls. My partner really liked their biscuits. They tasted very fresh. Live music was played in thehall at 1:30 and 3 in the afternoon. It was pretty fun to listen to energetic performance. Very entertaining. Don't miss it! Read more

Location in the grounds were beautiful. Food was tasty, but ny meat pie was abit dry and bland.

Took an amazing experience called Fricot, Frolic and Fiddles. Alvina taught us all about Acadian dishes and taught us how to... make a Poutine a Trou. Then we got to try all the different Acadian dishes and listen to some traditional music! Amazing! Read more
