Drive-thru customer. Evening. Whole exterior was totally dark with only the menus visible. One person in the other lane left mad... because they were out of something he wanted. I placed my order and notified the person that the lot was totally dark. Hebrushed me iff and said he wasn't the Manager. I went to the window and it was like a curcus in there It appeared nobody knewwhat to do. I paid for my order and he went to another area. A second person came to the window and gave me my total. I told herI'd already paid. I informed her the lot was dark and could be a safety issue. She just said, "The lights are broken and need tobe fixed" and closed the window. I finally received the food and my change. Good thing I'm not a local or I'd find anotherplace to buy from. Read more
Probably an ok McDonald?s if everything is working correctly. Today they weren?t. Headsets weren?t working so had to order at... the first window, which understandably slowed things down. But, it slowed things down to a stop. My fault for sitting there aslong as I did, but it seems to me that some ingenuity would have sped the process up. They could have literally had someone takeorders manually, walk them inside and enter them and then go back out and take another order and the line would have moved muchfaster. Lots and lots of cars driving away and lots of business McDonald?s lost out on - I wish I had been smart enough to beone of them. Read more
You know what you're getting with McDonald's and I have no complaints about this location.
Super nice employees. Coke was on point. I didn't order an ice cream but saw them making one. So the machine was working today... 9/15/2022. Food was.. we'll it's McDs so pretty much what you would expect. Read more
Sat in the drive through at the speaker for almost 15 minutes before the crew person even greeted us. The crew person sounded... like they were sleeping. They simply said said hello how can I help. Not even the standard Welcome to McDonald?s can I takeyour order. This is the worst customer service from any McDonald?s I have ever been too. Read more
Very busy, sometimes you have to sit there for a few minutes before someone will help you. They never seem to have any of their... pies and their shake machine seems to always be down and never working. Not the cleanest place either but not the dirtiesteither. Some of the employees seem to always need help with the register when putting in orders so takes longer to order. Theynever add anything new to their menu always the same old stuff. 9 out of 10 they also always seem to screw up your ordereverytime or never give you any sauce when ask for it or the milks when you order them. They also need to fix their sign. Whenthey turn it on 95 percent of it does not light up. They definitely have gone down hill over the years. Use to be a nice placefor you to take your kids now it's not. They don't care about the customer anymore it's all about the money and the numbers.Ronald McDonald would be extremely disappointed. Got 4 happy meals for my kids and they gave them all the same toy. They don't make any attempt to mix them up. Ridiculous.
The food is typical for a McDonald's, but the service has always been good for me - kind, quick, even during the lunch rush. It... is my preferred McDonalds location. Update - cold fries, sloppy burger. NOT impressed. Dropping rating. Read more
