I've been to Subway in multiple locations and never had a bad meal or bad service
Stood in line for 30 minutes for 4 customers. Another way to say this is, it took the staff 30 minutes to take care of 4... customers. I'm just shocked at that point. I would get your staff tested, as productivity is at an all time low at thatlocation, and you're burning your profits to the ground. Read more

This is one of the best Subways I have ever been to! The food is great, the prices are reasonable, the restaurant is always... clean. However, the Sandwich Artists are the best part! They are all amazing. Friendly and very helpful! Keep up the good work! Read more
After a late laundry trip, I decided to treat myself to supper. The girls were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. And... presumably my meal was healthier than other choices I could have made. UPDATE; 10/26/21 Came here after trying to get "fastfood" at Mickey D's....and getting NO SERVICE! Came through the door with 20 minutes to close. The young gentleman made me anAWESOME chicken bacon ranch sub. He was polite, efficient, and did I mention the sub? When I'm feeling rushed, Subway isbecoming my go to place for supper. Read more
If I could I would most definitely give subway in Wells Maine zero stars. Just did a door dash there, I do door Dash all the... time and always have an issue here. I took the order over 20 minutes away in Wells and got to Subway at the exact time it shouldhave been ready to pick up and I walked in and three young kids were working two of them on their phone fooling around.Theyhadn?t even started my customers order they actually had two customers orders they had not started. Totally disappointed withthe humans they are hiring lately who think they can full around on their phones and get paid $15 an hour or around that.Disgusting Read more
