Wendy (a manager at this location) was extremely rude to my dad and I. They had an issue getting our order in and Wendy said to... pull up to the next window. We did that and we had 2 of the 2 for 3.50 deals and a deal from the app, which the register wouldnot ring in. I had asked if we could do 2 different orders and she said no and then was extremely rude and said Well I'll justmake it free but this is the last time. And she walked away. I will be calling the owner of the franchise and I will make sureshe loses her job. She should not be allowed to be rude to ANY customer. She has been rude to us multiple times before with noreason. The good: The workers are amazing and while they do forget sauces maybe 15-20% of the time (in my experience at least) they're... always accurate with how they make sandwiches and make sure all of the food is in the bag and they're fairly quick. The bad:the store is now closing at 8 pm throughout the week, this is incredibly unfortunate due to staffing issues the store is facing.instead of increasing the workers wages like they should (Walmart pays $16.50-$19.50 starting depending on position), ortreating their staff better, they'd rather close their doors hours earlier, yikes.
