Wendy (a manager at this location) was extremely rude to my dad and I. They had an issue getting our order in and Wendy said to... pull up to the next window. We did that and we had 2 of the 2 for 3.50 deals and a deal from the app, which the register wouldnot ring in. I had asked if we could do 2 different orders and she said no and then was extremely rude and said Well I'll justmake it free but this is the last time. And she walked away. I will be calling the owner of the franchise and I will make sureshe loses her job. She should not be allowed to be rude to ANY customer. She has been rude to us multiple times before with noreason. The good: The workers are amazing and while they do forget sauces maybe 15-20% of the time (in my experience at least) they're... always accurate with how they make sandwiches and make sure all of the food is in the bag and they're fairly quick. The bad:the store is now closing at 8 pm throughout the week, this is incredibly unfortunate due to staffing issues the store is facing.instead of increasing the workers wages like they should (Walmart pays $16.50-$19.50 starting depending on position), ortreating their staff better, they'd rather close their doors hours earlier, yikes. We tried going thiugh the drive thru and no one even took the vehicle n front of ours order either. What's sad is this was... around 9 something when open. Guess they didn't want peoples business even tho they are open. This isn't the first time I've hadissues with this Mc. D'S Read more
The worst McDonald's I have ever had. I keep trying the quarter pounder and the two cheeseburger meals and they are both... horrible. The meat just doesn't taste right. I've been to multiple McDonald's all over and never had an issue like this. Notsure if it's what they cook it on or what but will definitely never get burgers from this McDonald's. Read more
This McDonalds in Wellsboro Pa was more on the smaller scale. The service was good. No major issues. If craving a little fast... food, one of the few choices in the area. There are plenty of restaurants about though. Read more
