I waited in line for 30mins and then on top of that heard the girl say she would be right with the person in front of me and she... was there for 10 mins as I continued to wait. This dunkin needs help big time!! Needless to say they lost a loyal customer todayand got no sale either. Read more

Worst experience ever. Will never return. We just waited 33 minutes in the drive thru to then be told they do not have bacon.... After over 40 minutes we were told the sourdough sandwich ordered was frozen so they couldn?t serve it to us with no explanationas to why it wasn?t attempted to be prepared in the absurd amount of time we had already waited. Prepared drinks were lined upready to be given to drive thru customers but none of the visible 4 employees were servicing the drive thru window. Theemployees would not acknowledge the problem of not serving the drive thru. Manager on duty Candy must be incompetent to allowthis complete lack of service. Read more

I love this location, and often encounter great people working the drive-thru. However, lately, our simple orders are wrong... more often than not. Then, we feel pressured to just let it go, and leave with something we didn't want, but paid for, becausewe don't want to hold up the line behine us and complain. When it's great, it's awesome. When it's not so great, it stinks,because we spend a good amount of $$ on breakfast and coffee alone. It's nice to get what we order and are looking forward to. Read more

We went in for some coffees and a Wake-up Wrap for myself. We were greeted with a smile; the entire staff was friendly, and they... were all working hard and seemed to enjoy working together. The coffee was piping hot and delicious! It felt good, from ourperspectives as customers, to be treated so well. Thank you to the entire staff of the Wellsville DD! See you next time I'm intown. Orders regularly incorrect. Today I stood at the counter indoors, no line, while the staff took three orders from the drive-thru... and ignored me. So I left. I'll stop at Jara farms for donuts, they're so much better anyway. Read more

I ordered using the mobile app and when I went up to the speaker, they informed me they were out of what I ordered. I asked them... if they could cancel my order and they told me to speak to the manager at the window. So I waited in line and the manager cameand deeply apologized for being out of what I ordered ( because they got swamped earlier in the day) then she gave me a $10 giftcard! Which was super sweet. She asked if I wanted to exchange it for anything and I just asked for a refund. She gladly appliedand I got my refund back. Just wanted to say thank you for being so appreciated of the situation! We used the drive-thru at the 38 W. Dyke Street Dunkin Donuts location in Wellsville. We received our order correctly and the... staff was friendly. The coffee was perfect. My favorite experience was the fact that the donuts you purchased were placed inboxes. I always hated when I received my donuts in a bag because the jelly or powder or chocolate would get on each other. Idon't always want to buy a half dozen or dozen of donuts. Wish that all franchises follow the same protocol. Read more
