Love the burrito bowls with chicken. But sometimes the quality/quantity is lacking. Sometimes you get the icky chicken with fat/... tendons(whatever-you know what I mean) and sometimes we get 1/2 serving. Meaning the bowl is barely full, typically it's so fullit almost touches the metal cover. But when its good. It's The Best !!! Read more
This Chipotle is relatively new, very specious and has plenty indoor and outdoor sits. We came at 8 pm and there were no waiting... line. Food was fresh and staff friendly. Read more
I LOVE chipotle. I work as a traveling healthcare worker and it?s one of the places I always look for in the city my contract is... in. Unfortunately this location has be extremely disappointing multiple times. I have tried multiple times but won?t be goingback. I usually get double meat but the meat portion size seems less than what I?d normally get. They are constantly out ofingredients. The staff doesn?t seem overly helpful or proactive. The soda machine seems out of order too often. Usually not veryclean. The acoustics are atrocious (I know. Weird gripe but it?s true). Utensils are often hard to come by. The vibes are justnot good. I really wanted to like it here and I gave it several chances but myself and others have been sorely disappointed bythis location. Read more
I got a chicken and steak salad today and got home and they forgot to put the meat on it. The online chat is not a real person.... Just a bummer. Update: customer service did contact me! So less bummed now. Thank you for fixing it. Read more
Just went in to get my dad and I two steak bowls. First was told we couldn?t have bowls cause they had an online order that... needed it. Mind you I saw a HUGE stack in front of me! After didn?t even have the ingredients I wanted. A truly disappointingexperience and I will never be back to this one. Would give zero if I could! Read more
Great place to get a burrito and burrito bowl. We have eaten in before and done an app order. App order would be great if you... were traveling or coming from your home, we tried it from the parking lot because place looked busy. They did it as fast as theycould and did a great job, but drive thru or ordering inside would have been quicker for us. Still, the app is easy to use and iwould recommend it. The food was great, amazed with how they can roll these enormous burritos. We had no issues with flavor oraccuracy, pleased with the service also. Repeatedly kind and always great flavor. Read more
I ordered pick up (which was late) and when I opened the bag there were two of the tiniest burritos I?ve ever seen!! Literally... half the size of any chipotle burrito I?ve ever gotten before. Only giving 2 stars and not one because at least the girl wasfriendly. So not typical chipotle:( Read more
Placed a pick up order. Received a notification that it was read for pick-up. It was not. We had to wait an additional 20mins... while they trained a guy on how to roll our burrito. Then after 10mins for re rolling. The trainee wondered around with his headcut off trying to find a bag. I alerted other team members that he needed help & that we needed to hurry up to get ourorder. The team member said ?we are patient with our new members? total disregard for their customers time. The place wasempty, but every table was dirty. The floor was covered with food. Read more
