Asked for no spice because I was giving it to my 86 year old grandma and got extra spicy . Called 3 times got hung up on 2 times... before someone asked me hello then got told well if you didn't want it spicy chicken you should have told me.. I did also toldyou I love your restaurant. Got it to go on a day that is busy but no one there at the time ..told after I dropped off her food.and she called me to get her new food. Need to come back with nothing touch. How would I know if her food was spicy if it wasuntouched? How? . asked at the time for no spice. Read more

I will NEVER order from here again. If you have a bigger order your better off going elsewhere. Placed almost $100 order... through DoorDash and only received about $50 of it. Their explanation was we are busy. Their solution was next time you orderwe will give you something for free. Not acceptable. I will never order from this place again. Yes they may have been busybut if someone makes almost $100 order you get it right. And you don?t hang up on your customers like they did me. Go get foodsomewhere else. I am sure there are many Mexican food places in town that will treat their customers better like Taco Bell. They made a mistake on every bit of my order. Busy isn?t an excuse for not making menu items like the menu says they are made. Read more

The worst!!! I use to love being here and eating here. But the disrespect from the Hispanic ladies left me with my jaw down.... Because I'm Mexican-American, the woman thought that talking about the way I dressed and spoke broken Spanish was funny. Themean things that were said about me. How dumb I was because I didn't speak fluent Spanish. I was born here in the United Statesmy family yes, were immigrants but they fought hard to become United States Citizens. And to be treated with disrespect wasappalling. I really think that people need to be more cautious of what they say about other's. Just because I don't speakfluently Spanish, doesn't mean I don't understand it. Never again will I eat at any Rinconsito restaurants. Read more
