Went here on my lunch break ordered a mcchicken and a Big Mac. Got back to work checked my Big Mac and there was a chicken patty... on it with no burger Pattie?s in sight. Had to go back inside gave it to the lady she took it back and asked the workers ?what?swrong with this?? A couple of them started laughing saying they didn?t do it. A young man made a remark saying so and so didthis before. It?s not hard to make a Big Mac. Like at all. Everyone knows it has two Pattie?s & no chicken. Waited 54 minutes in line with less than 10 cars in front of me. The person taking the order was short and rude when taking the... order and payment - with no apologies for the wait. The staff making the food was playing obscene music and dancing while therest of the customers waited. I can't say I will ever visit again due to the absolutely terrible experience and lack ofconsideration. Read more
The Wenatchee store always seem to shut down every night around 10pm -11pm leaving more than 8 or 9 cars in drive through just... to sit& wait, no way out of drive-through. Or way you pick up mobile orders. I sat at drive-through order for 15 min With noexplanation, Could not pick up mobile order Because they close the lobby. Generally around this time their ice cream machinealways becomes "down" .. you can't get any cold desserts. *East Wenatchee store more prompt on orders and has full menuusually. Read more

The drive through line was taking more than 30 minutes to move, The midnight crew were very rude, when I got to the screen to... ask for my order the one taking orders didn?t have any manners he was very rude, also the midnight supervisor was very rude aswell and I was also doing door dash at the time so I went to the 2nd window as they told me to so I cut the car at the firstwindow because the worker was taking very long with the customer and my doordash score can get affected for them being slowbecause the doordash customer leaves me a bad review for taking very long to deliver their order,so when I got to the 2ndwindow the supervisor starts screaming at me for cutting ?his line? and gets my doordash order and screams ?never comeback againbecause I?m never giving you your doordash order again? And I grabbed my order and said ?thank you very much? and left happy forfinally getting my order after waiting for 40+ minutes. Read more
