Great pizza, but we showed up to get a ?hot and ready? pizza on a Sunday and were told we had to wait one hour. I would... appreciate it if management brought back a quick pizza on a Sunday so we can watch football and get a quick bite to eat. Also weexperienced an unfriendly staff. Service is great, it's Little Ceasars pizza but kids mow it down and I toss em back like a fat kid at a birthday party. Ymmv

So there is this gal that works here, maybe a manager or something, but she has redish hair I believe and you may or may not... observe her singing while she works. Anyways, she was outstanding and I appreciate her kindness and above-and-beyond customerservice. After ordering at the front, I had been told 15 minutes for my order, waited and came back after 15 or so min, told thecounter person my order from 15 min prior, and continued to stand there for probably 10 additional minutes while many otherorders came were made and went out the door, only to find out that my order had been ready and sitting in the hot and ready areawaiting for me and for whatever reason wasn't retrieved for me. Anyways, I had seen the red-headed gal going about her workmaking food and what-not, all the while singing along to the song playing, which is where I find it worth noting that she had areally pretty voice. After noticing me still at the front waiting after what had to have been close to 10 minutes past my toldwait time, she came to the front to inquire about my order. Upon finding that my food had been ready and sitting there theentire time, she immediately started grabbing various items like the brownie bites, extra breadsticks, and extra dips all freeof charge to include in my order, all the while sincerely apologizing for the mistake and pronged wait. I was not angry at allabout it nor do I hold anything against anybody for any of it and will return here again and again in the future. Seemed like asimple oops somebody just didn't realize or whatever. Bottom-line here and purpose of this review is to acknowledge the redishhaired gal who treated me wonderfully and to note that I enjoyed her lovely singing voice while I waited for my food:) I willfind out her name and return to update this review so that all may know! Great pizzza as usual. They are pretty cool here. Ben all around the country eating Little Caesars. They did however try to pawn... off some dropped pizza to me tonight though. I mean it?s alright when you?re looking for last minute lunch or dinner but made fresh. But honestly they should be a little... more sanitary when handling food. I bought a pizza tonight and found a piece of long hair literally baked into the cheese ????maybe in the future you guys should honestly look into wearing hairnets which should?ve been worn since day one ??.
