There wasn't the normal variety and they were out of beef and broccoli. They were also out of apple crisps for the kids meals... and instead of letting us know or substituting, we had to ask for them. But we were given extra fortune cookies instead of theapple crisps. I dont know why they say ?Welcome? if they dont make use feel welcome. Some of the front staff are really rude. They have a Bad... attitude! If you go claim something rhey obviously ask you for your recite. But istead of goving it to you they through it away.And if you ask for the recite they go to the trash and give it to you. We originally asked for take out. We ordered a two meal with noodles, shrimp and orange chicken. They did NOT give us the orange... chicken! Good thing we decided to dine in, or we would have found out at home. We complained and they just looked at us withoutsaying a word, then a server filled a small box with the chicken and proceeded to dangle it over the counter. As to say ?comeand get it.? We asked them to please bring it to us, since it was their error. They did, but the entire experience was handledwith a bad attitude. Non apology, simply no words what so ever. Let's begin with a brief visit into the past. When Panda Express opened up in Wenatchee I was one of the first in line. With... Excitement and curiosity to try this chain restruant for the first time, I went in unbiased. I ordered the beef and broccolilarge entree. To say that it was beef and broccoli was a overstatment, what i actually got was the smallest portion size ofbroccoli with beef that teetered on edge of existence. It was a bad first attempt at Panda express, one that had me avoid it forseveral years. Cut to 2022 and I gave it another attempt, I'll post a unedited picture of the beef and broccoli in its glorythis includes untouched portion size. Excellent food. Very good, fast service....but they are always reluctant to ask for a donation to children's hospital...a very... worth cause. I AS the customer have to remind each time... Most Panda's it is automatic...!...and expected as an option bycustomers. They are very busy and children's hospital is missing out on donations no matter how small they could be...but theydo add up.
