I went to this Subway on July 3rd at 7:25pm and the website stated there dine in was open till 9pm. When I tried both doors,... they were locked. This happened last year, with this Subway. I called to talk to the manager and no one answered. I won't go tothis Subway again! Read more
Today we went through the drive thru and ordered 4 sandwiches. When we pulled up to the window, the employee told us that they... are now excepting tips at the drive thru and then put us on the spot and asked what tip we would like to leave. I'm always agood tipper but I didn't like how he asked what tip I would like to leave. I told him I didn't want to tip. He handed us the bagand my debit card with receipt and closed the window very fast. When I looked at the receipt after driving away, I realized hehad given himself a 20% tip! He, quite literally, stole over $6 from us. If you choose to eat there, make sure you always checkyour receipt. I will never go back there again. Read more

I picked up my online order here because of the convenience of the drive thru. The order was prepared and waiting when I drove... up; provided quick friendly service. Inside the bag, on top, was a kind hand written note (including a sad face) explaining theywere out of one kind of cookie that I had requested. Upon further inspection, I noticed that they had thrown in an extra cookiefor my trouble. The note alone was sufficient, but an extra cookie made my day; thanks for going out of your way to providegreat customer service. Read more

Closed way too early. Had a line of people waiting and those in the store only stared at everyone. Hours need to be updated!... There's a flimsy paper sign on the menu that states they close at 6 pm. The store was closed earlier than 6 pm today. Read more
