Great customer service! The place was empty but we got our food fast . Chicken was really dry and not very good. But the fries... were amazing . Would go there just for the fries. But with a name like chicken shack I expected better. And it was superexpensive for getting inedible chicken. Read more
Nice, friendly, personable staff. They were quite friendly while taking our order. The girl who took our order was so nice. The... chef actually came out and personally fixed a problem. They didn?t have raspberry topping. He was also nice. Great experience. Read more
The chicken here is actually really good. I don't enjoy friend chicken often and I thought their fingers were actually yummy!... They have like 20 different sauces with various spice levels and flavors. My only complaint is it's a little too spendy but thechicken is fresh and hand breaded so I kinda get it. Read more

Worse than Chester?s, better than KFC. Chicken was very salty as well as wet, not juicy, but just very moist. Baked beans side... was very good, as were my fiancés garlic fries, however for a place called ?the CHICKEN shack? I have to solely rate thechicken. Willing to re rate in a month or so when staff is proficiently trained. Side note: My fiancé disagrees with me andgives five stars. Read more
The staff were friendly and this place overall seemed to be very nice. I got a 5 piece chicken and feel that for what I got it... was pretty expensive. It didn?t have much flavor and the fry?s to me only tasted like oil. We did really like the spicy ranchbut the fry sauce had a weird pickley flavor.
