They got my order at the window wrong twice in the same visit.. he wouldn't listen to me order he was trying to rush me and... wasn't listening. And was extremely rude. I will never go back , you need to train your staff to be patient especially thosewith children. Be blessed . Read more

5 minutes ago I ordered 2 large hot decaf coffee 8 cream and 7 Splenda.There was absolutely no Splenda for both coffee and lady... at the drive thru accidentally drop one of the coffee which is ok Another girl with the glasses took the coffee and just cleanthe lid and gave me back and said I made the new one while I was watching what she was doing . The absolutely WORSE Dunkin Donuts around! So because employees are 'New' they have their lobby closed but ive been inside... dunkin as they have locked doors with New employees. And ive heard some of the girl employees complain about having customerswalk in so they lock the doors Every time at 3pm when literally Every where does NOT even do this lmao. Read more
I'm always sad when this location is my last resort for breakfast. Today takes the cake. In the past I had to specify I wanted... my bagel toasted DARK or it will come out untoasted. Today I got my bagel super cold -- even after asking them to blackenit. The bacon snacks, weren't bad but I prefer warm to hot bacon as opposed to beef jerky temperature, but the flavor wassweet. Definitely the best item I received today. Hash browns... ice cold and soggy. No crunch. Threw out half the bag.Disgusting. My coffee was also cold-- but at least I was prepared for it, I ordered the cold brew! No straw was included sosadly they failed here too. I go months without coming back to this location and every time I do... I somehow still end up moredisappointed than the last time. Read more
Wish I could rate this establishment zero stars. This is the saddest excuse for business I've ever experienced. I Earned a... reward through the mobile app which I used to order a free iced coffee (along with two breakfast sandwiches that I paid for). Iarrived at the store, the free coffee was not prepared, only the sandwiches. I asked the associates where my free iced coffeewas and they immediately got the manager. I spoke to the manager on duty and he refused to give me the free coffee, despiteshowing him the receipt on my mobile app which clearly showed that I used the reward for a free coffee. He claimed that he couldnot help me because I ordered through the mobile app. I told the manager to keep the sandwiches and coffee, never returning tothis dunkin donuts. Scam artists. Read more

This location is the absolute worst DD. Because it?s the closest I?ve gone frequently even though the service is bad and the... orders are often wrong. But I continue to visit because it?s so close and as long as the coffee is hot or iced I?m mostly fine.But todays hot coffee was not hot at all. When the coffee is cold at a Dunkin location, you know that place has some seriousproblems. Please, whoever reads this, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Let them go out of business. Read more
