Jack in the Box, you should be absolutely ashamed of this store. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a smell like a... latrine. There was trash on tables and on the floor in the dining area as well as the employee side and cooking area. There werenot customers in the drive through nor inside. Associates were friendly but were all on there phones when I walked in. Where isthe manager for this store? Someone high up with Jack in the Box needs to take immediate action at this location. A few months ago I made a complaint via website for a bad experience. Fries and burger cold, burger had toppings I asked to be... left off. I was sent a coupon for a free meal and decided to take another risk. Can you guess what happened? The EXACT SAMEthing. We order two separate orders and when we got to the window she said we couldn't do that? Then we got are food and we order 2... coffees and only got one. Also ordered a sweet tea and got water. 8 tacos, 3 sodas and 3 shakes took roughly 30 minutes to get, after waiting about 7-8 min. To order. Staff is super rude. They... were evidently having issues with the register and instead of greeting me and my kids with any kind of explanation, a half adozen employees just stood around talking and left us awkwardly standing there. Touch screen on soda machine barely worked andnot many selections available. Dining area wasn't the cleanest. Shakes and tacos were good! Read more
