If I could leave negative stars I would. I was given the wrong food, they didn't give a reciept. When I tried to return the food... moments later to get correct food, the manager refused to fox the order by saying I couldn't prove what I ordered even aftersaying she saw my order on the screen. When asked for her name, she said Jane Doe, when asked for corporates number she said shedidn't have to give any information to me. Pretty sure he name was methany. Worst service I've ever seen. OMG they were good. Forgot to ask for my chicken Littles Nashville hot. No prob they did it and did it right. My mother loved... her $6 meal. A leg, thigh, mashed potatoes,gravy, biscuit, and a soda. Order was place an hour before pickup at 430 and scheduled to be picked up at 530pm. The order was over $80. Took them until... almost 6pm to have ready and was only half of what was ordered. 100% would avoid. Never getting food from KFC again... Read more
While I was there the young lady behind the counter got yelled at over the soda machine. She handled it well and left the... complainer speechless. The food was great, but it wasn't the best part of my visit! Read more
I'm not really a fan of KFC. We live in KS and ours is yuck, the food and the dinning room is extremely dirty, all the time. So... I was very surprised that your dinning room was so clean, I didn't even stick to the floor. The food was very good and thestaff was pleasant. Thank you for a great lunch. Read more
Came in and waited 10 minutes without anyone at the front counter..... There were four other people in front of me. Then the... person who was in very first went sat down and I overheard her talking, she said that one of the employees had told her that theonly way to get an order in is to go sit in the drive-thru line, which at that time was about f6 cars deep. So I wasted 10minutes waiting for someone to tell me I have to go wait another 15 to 20 in the drive-thru line. I would not come back to thisKFC. Very disorganized. If they were going to not serve in the lobby they should have closed the lobby instead of just lettingus wait. Read more
Jul 16 2022. Inhave now been told 3 times the phones at this location do not work... why is this? Or is the employees just... taking the phone odd the hook so they do t have to deal with people calling?. As far as service... no waiting. I did t ordermy normal cause that gets screwed up.
