It is always great to eat at Olive Garden. Our hostess was really attentive.

We continue to patronize Olive Garden for multiple reasons. The food is awesome. The hosts and servers are very friendly and... make you feel like they are there for you and will go out of their way to insure your visit is pleasant. im beyond a loss of words but i will try my hardest here so my wife and i came in here for our first dinner with each other in... months i spent over 120$ the server was great considering the big tables she had but here is the issues the Calamari came outunderdone the meatballs were fine and the Soup wasn't quit done either as most of the Veg was very raw we sat for over an Hourwaiting on our food to come out and by that time we were ready to leave so we asked the waitress to please bag it up for us andmy Wife ordered 2 Pumpkin cheesecakes to go also i knew i should have checked it before i left but i was so overwhelmed by thetime we had already had to wait for food that i was ready to leave my wife Shrimp scampi was Burned and my Shrimp and Chickencarbonara was also but that's not even the worse part 1 of the Pumpkin cheese cakes we got had a BITE taken out of it NOT EVENKIDDING 1 bit Beyond Disgusting and utterly shameful.. We had stopped going to ALL Olive Gardens because of the poor service and lack of selection, but it was late, we were... out-of-town, and we wanted good Fettuccine Alfredo, so we decided to give the Wentzville location a shot. I am so glad we did. It was great! I still think it is a bit pricey, but it was so worth it. My only problem is I don't know our waitress's name tobe able to give her the credit she is due. I have never seen my daughter eat those orange things or green things. She ate 2bowls of soup (I can't believe soup to start!) With orange and green things in it! She was also the bartender if that helps toidentify her. We will be back when we are out that way again. Read more

Bad from start to finish. Hostesses all pointed and said go sit there. Table was filthy, asked for it to be cleaned, got... ignored. After 5 minutes hostess showed up with menus. Asked to get table cleaned again. Nothing. Used menu to scrape the tabletrash onto the floor. Tables around us got seated properly and got service before us. Waitress finally showed up. We ordered.Wife and I always get the unlimited soup and salad. Kids ordered what they usually do. 20 minutes later waitress comes by andasks how’s everything? Kinda weird since we had not received our food yet and the tables around us that arrived after all hadtheir food and almost done eating already. Finally get our food. All cold. Wife and I finish our first bowl of soup regardless.Then our waitress disappears. We had to get the other waitresses to help. They were great and got us served quick. Finally ourwaitress comes back and asks how we’re doing? And says sorry it’s very busy and things are running slow. ( complete liesince other waiters and waitresses got their tables served with no issues). So really it was simply a bad experience, but we letit go until now. Me, and my wife and all 3 kids woke up around the same time in the middle of the night and we all are throwingup. So nothing like bad service and food poisoning to make an experience. Read more

Service was amazing. But the menu has gotten very small over the years. Need more food options and combinations. Maybe more... types of Italian Meats. Food tasted amazing and fresh. Salad & Breadsticks are amazing as always. Read more

I placed a to go order for chicken gnocchi and spaghetti with meatballs. (Not checking the bag is my fault) When I got home and... opened the bag I noticed, there was no chicken gnocchi (which I was charged for) and instead of spaghetti and meatballs, theygave me spaghetti and meat sauce (not the end of the world). But, I also noticed it was ice cold, so, I put it in the microwave,stirred it up and added a little parmigiana after it was done microwaving. Anyway, when I took a bite, it tasted like someonetook the lid off a salt shaker and dumped it in there. I’m not the type who ever complains (it takes a lot). But, this is justridiculous!
