Your phone number no longer works. Your egg rolls have a straight Cinnamon / sweet flavor, your crab ragoon have literally no... quality to them, your beef is mushy. This is the 3rd time we have had it and I'm over this location and just needed to share. Ifyou want a successful business I suggest taking feedback seriously and fix your issues. Read more

I haven?t been to this location for awhile because of several bad experiences during COVID but decided to give them another shot... because I love the food. Yet again I?m disappointed. My chow mien is burnt, I ordered the bigger plate which should?ve came witha full main container with a small one for my extra side. Everything was shoved into one container so I was shorted on myportions. Looked at the receipt and the entire order was incorrect. Previously I have sat in the drive thru for 5 mins afterbeing asked to review the menu and no one returned to take my order. I will keep going to Panda Express but it?s just a shame Ican?t go to the one by my house. I hope the owner and management sees this and makes the appropriate changes. I?m in customerservice myself and don?t normally write bad reviews because everyone has a bad day but this is on going. Read more

The food that available is good but they're always out of this and that and you have to take what's available. Seems to be... happening more and more. They can't even keep sweet & Sour sauce available. Dining is never open any more this has become myleast favorite restaurant anymore. Read more

Closed early but still had on sign that said open. Both workers were rude when I told them it was on. Even calling me girl. I... have been going here since it opened, without issues. Too bad for Panda, that they employee jerks. What happened to customerservice? Poor reflection on the restaurant. Read more

Food was good, but I didn?t receive my fortune cookie. Also, the young lady who took my order rushed through the order she... didn?t get my large Fanta orange on there. I didn?t even bother to ask her to change it when she told me the total because Iknew it was wrong. I also didn?t receive any sweet and sour sauce for my eggrolls even after I asked twice. Don?t bother going unless you want to get talked down to. The line takes forever, and finally when we get to the speaker I tried... to order steam white rice for my daughter and was told that they were completely out, then that it would be an hour wait. Thelady had a condescending tone. I believe her name was Abigail. I used to work at Panda and know that they usually keep a fewtrays of white rice in a steamer to cook the fried rice with. If we were out, we would take a tray from the steamer but theycouldn?t be bothered. Also, I got home and found out they forgot to scoop one of my entree?s. I Tried calling, but no one everpicks up. You Can?t go inside so you have to wait in the slow drive-thru again to get any sort of communication. I used to lovethis location. Unfortunately, This place has gone downhill due to poor communication/service. Read more

We had to wait 7 minutes for the noodles, then went down the line and had to wait another 20 minutes for the teriyaki chicken.... And the manager did not apologize or say anything, stayed in the back. There were several others that were disappointed alongwith drive thru customers that also left. Drive through was very fast for being lunch time. But when you ask for Teriyaki Chicken for both entrees and this is what you... get. This looks closer to a single order. I?ll go to the one in St. Charles the next time. They don?t skimp on the food youorder. Read more
