The most unorganized food place I have been to in a very long time. They refused to sell us a milk when we have gotten them many... times before, even at other locations. We ordered two soufflés after being told how many were left and of each type, justbeings be told at the SECOND window after we paid that they were completely out because they sold them to someone else in thetime we waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Not only that, but after placing a large order, we were told the reward systemis down; no offer for any type of compensation. After all this, we were only refunded for the two soufflés and given a veryun-genuine apology by the individual at the window, no manager. Read more
I used to work for them. When I transferred from another store, I cleaned so much I was asked to clean up the place. They... definitely need consistency doing that. Very few workers care about fresh products, expired dates on food, FIFO, stocking fornext shifts. The cooler they keep the greens in for salads when I started turned me off of ever eating at this one again. Thewhole inside of it was covered in rotten sludge and mold from old product long enough that I had to scrape about an inch of moldoff the bottom. I wish I still had the pictures from B4 and after. Went through the drive thru today and ordered a small Mac n cheese and chicken Caesar salad. Got home to find this bug in my... salad. Absolutely disgusted. Definitely won?t be eating here again. How can you charge over $10 for a salad with a bug in it????? Read more
Just ordered dinner for my family in the drive through, get home and find this. It?s the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich. I?ve... had this sandwich several times and it?s never been served burnt before. It even smells burnt. This is the second time this weekI have had a poor experience at the Wentzville location. On Tuesday I ordered the same grilled Mac and cheese sandwich in thedrive through and was already on the highway when I figured out they gave me a regular grilled cheese. My Avocado Turkey Bacon sandwich had frozen Turkey. Not just cold...FROZEN. My wife ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup and... LOVED it. She said it was great. We also ordered a large Mac N Cheese. The container wasn't even half full. I will say,however, that it was delicious. Read more
I give restaurants several chances, before I give a review. I have been to this location many times since it is just up the... street. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct. I'm sick so I went through the drive through for chicken noodlesoup and a lemonade. I was given the wrong soup and the wrong drink after waiting 20 minutes. I should have checked before Idrove away. I am in the sip club and was still charged for my drink. I tried to call up there but the answer and hang up. Read more
