Normally this location is top notch but last few times I've ordered online and picked up, it has been terrible. The last 2... times imparticular, I ordered a grilled club, add provolone, extra turkey and extra mayo, the sandwich was cold, half thesandwich had zero meat, only lettuce. This last time I ordered it the same as above, it had no cheese, no turkey, no mayo and nohoney mustard (which it is supposed to come with). I called asked for the Manager and the guy on the phone said "yes", I said,"Are you the manager", he again said (just) "yes", I told him the issue with the sandwich and he said " Hold on let me get theother Manager" ????, and hung up, nothing was resolved! Been here dozens of times. Today was quite strange. It wasn?t busy. There was tons of workers. But they were just all chatting... and not working on anything. One of the guys with long hair kept touching his hair and moving it around, all while fixing foodand preparing fries. Probably needs a hat or a hair net. Or just to be told to leave his hair alone.
