I need to realize this location is not going to change unless they get new management. The order is always incorrect and the... worst part is the order time is 20-30 minutes no matter what time of the day. The Lake Saint Louis location needs to come thewentzville to train the staff in efficiency and courtesy. Read more

Order online for inside pickup, pull up to a poorly written sign saying the lobby is closed in pencil, so you can?t see it until... you?re at the door. 30 minutes then spent in the drive thru for a quesadilla that was burnt and tasted like it was sitting outfor an hour. All my food was cold and it was an absolute waste of my time and money. I won?t be returning to this Taco Bellafter multiple bad experiences and what seems like extremely poor management. Read more

Obviously, Taco Bell is delicious. The perceived issue with this particular Taco Bell isn?t the food quality, but the way it is... run and the personnel. I?ve probably been to this location a dozen times, hoping beyond all hope that maybe this time it will bedifferent. But whether it?s that they didn?t order enough food to keep serving food, their notorious inability to staffenoughemployees, opening an hour later than their (newly posted) hours, or that the employees simply didn?t show up, this Taco Bell isconsistently a disappointment. It?s too bad, because the one or two times I?ve actually gotten food there it?s tasted good justlike any Taco Bell. This is a problem that has been persisting for years however, and I really hope things improve. Read more

Went today with my son and the person taking my order was rude and frustrated like I was inconveniencing her by coming through... drive through. She was worse when I pulled up to pay and get food. Soon as I paid her she closed the window and grabbed herphone. Finished her text then handed me my food. The order was completely wrong. But I wasn?t about to go inside and deal withher. I tried several times to call the store to see if anyone else could help me but no answer. I understand it?s a fast foodplace? but come on at least be respectful. If she wld have been the slightest bit kind, I wld be so upset over my food beingwrong. Read more

I don?t want to sound mean cause Ik it?s hard but there?s this one purple haired girl there that always forgets half the order... and she?s extremely rude. I?d come here more often if she didn?t work here. A lot of times the employees just walk out beforeclosing time too, so the hours are never solid. Every one else is fine, but it?s this one purple haired girl. Read more

We see Taco Bell open, we make a run for the border. We have a craving we pull up. There were only 3 people working today so... they had someone fill in from another location. Please be patient. They?re doing their best. Acknowledge the signs of the times.Good help is hard to find. Jillian from Troy was really pleasant and put things in perspective. Bon appetit! Read more

The best Taco Bell experience we?ve had in a long time. The order was made perfectly. The food was fresher than we?ve had in a... long time. The portions were right and the drive thru attendant had to have been the most professional person we?ve everencountered at a Taco Bell. We often order some things with cheese and some things without cheese and our order usually getsmessed up but not at this location. Everything was made exactly how we ordered it. Read more

If you want taco bell you have to wait in line for 1 hour before you get to the box to make your order. 3 cars have already left... the line behind us, and the line is not moving. Wasting time and gas. The lobby is closed. Had one person say they are not goingto order from here again. This is not a fast food restaurant. Spoke to the manager and he blames new hires, and and people thatdon't want to work, and not enough people to work. Other drive thru are backed up too, but lobby are open. Taco Bell should atleast open the lobby. And that would be the managers fault. Read more
