I actually had to come back to my review to take away a star. The food is okay depending on who makes it. However, the lost of a... star was actually due to the attudies of the front staff. I ordered from the wrong toscos, should have double checked thelocation, my bad. Went to this one and the staff was very helpful! I was actually surprised because they offered to cancel myother order, make it there, etc. I was impressed! Unfortunately as I was waiting for my food the manager and the boy who waswith her at the front of the desk, apparently, had comments to say about this.......I was confused by the comments because theywhere the ones to offer to fix everything with me saying nothing about the matter! but stood there and complained about it? Iget being frustrated about customers but they could have simply said cannot help you or went to the back to complain or betteryet...waited until no one could over hear you. I came here with my family. The food was great and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. Would most definitely recommend.
This will be the second time this has happened to me at this place. I stopped in on my way home to grab 2 slices of plain pizza... for my 11 year old daughter and a salad for myself. It was 6pm, they close at 10:30 on a Friday. When I placed my order, theytold me the slices would have to be Sicilian since they had no more neopolitin pizza left. I asked them what time they closedand they said 10:30. I asked if they couldn't make a pie for slices and they immediately replied with "no, it's too late forthat". Whatever happened to treating paying customers with a bit more respect, and satisfying the needs of a paying customer?Well, they lost my business, and a lot of other business since I've told numerous friends about it. We will now be going to 10West in Wernersville. Great job Toscos! Read more
