Truly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They've gotten orders wrong where they forgot either a side or drink several... times. They've also not answered the drive thru at all and I have been here waiting for 20 minutes just so someone can take myorder. I LOVE BK FRIES, MY FAVORITE! But this time I opted for onion rings. Unfortunately, this restaurant left me unhappy. I ordered... through the app hoping that the food would be ready but it wasn't. My food was lukewarm & not hot enough to claim it was freshlyprepared: the beef was cold as the nuggets, the onion rings were missing thicker onions, they were still crunchy though! Thestaff was skimpy with condiments, napkins, spices; I had to ask for each instead of serving myself at the drinks counter, likemany BKs! No choice of teas available for self-service.
