This girl was using one of the register to assist the ppl in drive-thu and my dad had asked her if she was going to help us... but she ignored him. And proceeded to assist the ppl In the drive-thru. Wasn?t until another female came to help us on the otherregister, she had a hard time understanding our order, I had to repeat my order several times but it seemed like she was a newassociate. I was just so disappointed in the lack of service that was being provided why?ll inside the restaurant. So I askedassociate If I could speak to the manager his name was Eddie Castillo. We had told him the situation and how they should servicethe customers there in the restaurant first before the people in drive-thru. He told us that he would talk to the associate.But as I watched him he just sat back down to finish his meal and not once did he approach the situation to her. Worst burger my husband has ever had. The meat is processed, medium rare. They forgot the cheese after my husband repeated... himself 3 times. Half cold. Flies everywhere. Horrible service, ordered chicken taco salad but I received beef taco salad, ordered Dr. Pepper but received a Diet Coke, fries... were cold and stale, chili cheese dog was hard and cold! The only time I had an issue with a young assistant mgr was she had a slight... attitude but I'm guessing because it was very busy and she was working drive thru, plus she dropped some of my money whenhanding my change & flew away.
