This is my favorite KFC, always buy from here using a delivery app since I?m a truck driver when I get a chance. This place... always prepares my delivery food great, sealed bags, sweet tea sealed, you name it, ordered from here over 7 times according tothe delivery service apps. Always leave a 5 star on the delivery service app, Unfortunately today my 2 famous bowls came withonly mashed potatoes & gravy. Did spoken to linda about this situation, but contacted the delivery in regards to this. Veryfrustrating, since dont have time. I never like to leave reviews. But the disappointment of this kfc location is just to much. They seem to always forget items.... Say there closed when there is still 30 min left till closing etc? Well I gave it another chance and let me say I don?t see anyexcellent service. They take no pride in this KFC. The chicken looks gross and old. I went back so they could fix it. And theresolution was to replace the top chicken and leave the other nasty ones in the bottom. Waste of money and gas. Read more
I give this 1 star.. went by Sunday ordered the 12 piece n a full box meal. They forgot my meal I called spoke with Jonathan the... manager for me to go back for my forgotten meal. I told him I would go by today, Monday yea I got the full box meal THEY forgot.I asked for a free drink since I had to drive from mile 12 1/2 a good 10 miles from this KFC.. but JONATHAN the manager wouldn'tgive me not a free drink. We stopped in to eat a quick lunch. Pleasantly surprised: very clean ????, user friendly menu, busy - families with children &... groups of coworkers, food was good, getting our food a bit slow. Even though it was lunchtime, it was easy to park. We'll doit again! Read more
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a big box with a side of 2 Mac and cheese. We sat down and they called for our order we... got up to get it but they gave us 2 chicken sandwiches NOT spicy even though thats what we asked for. We decided not to complainbut as we were eating there were more and more, after us I would say more than 6 people got their order wrong. Most of thepeople in the restaurant got their order wrong. And more and more people came back to say that there order wrong. So not onlydid they got ours wrong but everyone else as well. We were very unsatisfied. I would give this a zero but I cant. I was really disappointed when my visit today. We wanted to order a eight piece extra crispy but we're told it would take 25... minutes. Instead we got the regular but when we got home instead of two breasts we only had one instead of two thighs we onlyhad one and the rest was filled in with pieces of what I think were chicken legs and an extra wing. The coleslaw was reallysloppy and ugly the chicken was cold and ugly it tasted like it had been sitting there all day. You would think with the priceof everything going up that the service and food would get better not worse. They have the worse customer service of anyrestaurant and what makes it even worse, they don't care. Read more
The only reason I'm putting a star is for the product bought. Otherwise there is no pride at this particular location. Restrooms... were filthy no towels or hand towels. No napkins available outside and the kitchen was a mess.... really I would've fired themanager... Read more
