I stopped here on a whim. I haven't been to a Popeye's in probably ten years. Now I remember why. I got the Shrimp basket... special. The food was almost inedible. The breading on the shrimp was gross and mealy. The fries were not good and thebiscuit must have been a leftover from breakfast. The placed smelled of rancid grease. Never again. Read more

The lady taking my order was very frustrated because I decided to change my order while I was ordering via drive thru. She... proceeded to sigh really loudly on the head set and had her manager finish taking my order. The manager had good customerservice but you should not have an employee sighing or giving any attitude to their customers whatsoever. Read more
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal the sandwich was good the fries where cold. Also ordered the shrimp meal the shrimp had been... sitting there for a long while, they where hard and cold along with the fries. I also bought some Chocolate beignets those wheredelicious. The girl got upset at the drive thru because I didn't ask before hand about extra sauce. I have astigmatism so it's a little... hard for me to see far. I saw on the drive thru window the different sauces so I could finally see what they had and decided toget an additional one. She said it was $.25 cents or something like that, which I didn't mind paying. So I took out my card andshe said she couldn't take my card for the sauce just cash. I'm confused like if you're charging me for something it shouldn'tmatter whether I had a card that I just used to pay for my food with.
