Witnessed a homeless threatening the employees and customers! Manager didn?t do anything!!! Manager should be FIRED.
Website says close at 10, just left there and doors were locked. It was 8:45 and it?s not the first time this happens. How do... you all expect to make money if you close early, that?s bad decision on a management to make. That?s bad for business. Read more

I eat at the Subway on Westgate in Weslaco. The employee's were not professional at all. The chicken teriyaki toasted that I got... was not even hot not even luke warm at that, it was made sloppy. The employee's that were working there were using vulgarlanguage talking to what I can guess friends of their's that were ordering before me. An employee was twirling his cap aroundwhere the other employees were making the subs, at one point he dropped his cap on to the floor. Than picked it up and dustedhis cap around where the subs were being made. Never the less I will never go back there to eat. Read more

This subway is good and clean. Some of employees need to be in nicer mood. But , anyways. Subs r good. I saw this girl make wrap... for a drive thru order and it included avacado in it. Well this didnt want to get a new batch. So she scraped and i mean dabbedsome avacado. I do mean like a baby spoon smear of avacado. I really thought that wasnt cool at all. I wonder what else they cutcorners on. Now that i kjow this i wont go thru the drive thru in this subway. If i have time will get off to see them make mysub. Read more
If you're driving a truck, you can't order on the drive thru unless you park and get off to order at the drive thru... which... isn't the safest thing to do...I parked to go inside and door to the store was locked with 2 employees inside but they refusedto open the door...I explained the best I could that I couldn't order from my truck and they still refused to open the door. Howcan you have drive thru only at 8pm? Read more
