So I never had Arby?s before but after grocery shopping (Target), I decided to give them a try. I saw they had $1.00 Happy Hour.... I pulled up at 4:59 to be exact. Waited for someone at Drive Thru. At 5:00pm she told me that they aren?t no longer servingHappy Hour. I told her was my first time, I just wanted to try their food and if she can at least honor it being I was here. Shetold me no. Third attempt to order from this store. Third time they got it wrong. Missing food, wrong food. We're not the only family to... have these issues. Friends and family complain about this location every single time. If the team can not read the ordercorrectly, maybe they need to be re-trained or encouraged to find other employment that does not require reading withcomprehension skills. I used the drive through for traditional roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Their prices are reasonable and the people who... took payment and handed over food felt clean and safe.
