Gelato in general can be pretty hit or miss. The wife and I stopped in while out shopping. The straight vanilla Gelato was... pretty good, but the pistachio had a weird aftertaste to it. It satisfied the itch, but I would definitely try something elsenext time. Read more

The worst experience and the staff were very rude. Went there with family and friends and when we did our next order the staff... wasnt happy amd she said right infront of our face Jees and started laughing and keep looking at us with a sarcastic laugh. Weasked for the manager and the two girls that were there said she isnt available after waiting for the manager for 15 minutes andthey gave us a wrong contact number. My family and I went on two separate occasions and there were bugs in the gelato. My four year old noticed the first time in the... grapefruit gelato then we tried to give it another chance and went in to find not one, not two, but three different gelatoflavors with dead bugs in them. The girl working didn?t seem surprised or worried about the situation and was completelydismissive of it. Read more
Gelato is decent, too sweet for me, it overwhelmed the gelato flavors. Its nice for USA gelato, Ive been to Italy several times,... increase the density, was airy. Staff were okay, probably need to work on being a bit more inviting friendly, especially workingin a gelato store. Read more
Sofia closed at 8 instead of 9 and wouldn?t make our smoothie. She rudely said we came in too late to order a smoothie because... she had already cleaned the machine. We literally drove from the restaurant where we had dinner, to get our favorite smoothiefor dessert, to be rudely treated. We will be finding another place for our smoothies in the future. By the way, she had 3 ofher friends hanging out with her while she worked, which was one reason she didn?t want to stop to serve us. We interruptedtheir visit apparently. Read more
