I gave it a 5 starts because the food was excellent and the customer service was very good.

Definitely felt some preferential treatment against me. I was with my boyfriend and once we entered the store, the cashier only... verbally acknowledged him and just stared at me with a blank face. I don?t expect customer service workers use ?maam? to referto me but he only ever called my boyfriend ?sir? and nothing for me. He also didn?t give me a receipt but he gave my boyfriendone. Terrible customer service. Other times I?ve been here none of the workers (different from this shift this time) hadacknowledged or greeted my friends and I. We had to verbally get their attention to order. I like the food here, but the badcustomer service at this location makes me not want to buy here anymore. Read more

This Charley's location is EXCELLENT! Super clean and staff is very friendly. The food is made with ALL the love! The cheese... steaks are a good size and perfectly portioned. The fries are crispy and didn't get soggy even with the cheese. Would def eathere again! Read more
