This place is TERRIBLE don?t buy from here, they gave me the worst spicy tenders i ever seen 1 was curled up like a shrimp 2... were nugget sized and barely breaded, they barely give you fries, service is terrible my father had a problem called up andcomplained and they gave him the worst attitude ever acting like we was lying till they pulled up with the food, shut them upreal quick and got a refund. not eating chick-fil-a ever again. I waited 2 hours for my food just for the 2 large fries I ordered to be half empty
Ordered south west salad for my daughter who crave it and want to eat it after coming from work and got a cob salad with bacon... instead while we made sure No Bacon Talked to the manager and didn?t do anything about !! so un professional and by the way thisis the fourth time . Read more
Kudos to the management team here. Great food and customer service. The facility is clean and well kept. Brandon was a huge help... to my mom and I who were juggling two new babies. He got our oldest situated in a high chair with a play mat, checked on usregularly, and got us both refills before we left. Give the man a raise! Read more
Food was great and super fast! Sat outside and was still served though the place was super busy inside and in the drive thru.. A... lady served me and my family like it was a traditional "sit down" restaurant. She took our food tray and garbage for us when wewere done and asked if we would like refills for our drinks before we left. Just totally amazing for what is considered a "fastfood" restaurant. First and last time getting Chik Fil A!! My husband waited in a long line to get us food tired after work and I?m pregnant and... hungry and once he got home I couldn?t believe how my fries looked! The fries were so soggy and half full, it was a joke. Thesalad had greasy cold soggy chicken and cold bacon just overall bad tasting so I tossed it. My husbands soup was a salt bomb. Icalled and explained how it isn?t fair the food quality we got and the girl just told me to go submit a request on the app?!Horrible customer service for them serving bad quality food? No refund? No anything.. they just send you to an app and so youhope you get something. As with most Chic-Fil-A's, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. However, the service was so organized and fast... that I received my order before I reached the pick-up window. Great service with a smile. Thank you! Read more
