Ordered thru door dash.. after 2 hours I was told no food. The poor driver waited about an hour for food that never came out. ... no number to contact anyone at this "restaurant". You have to call Grill Smith at wire grass mall to speak to someone. Themanager said they would redeliver my food with coupon for the long wait. THen I am told by door dash that the restaurant isclosing soon and I am not getting my food delivered. Be ready to wait... BTW now DoorDash is trying to say the door dasherdelivered to the wrong address. Horrible Service, worse customer service. PS Update - Manager called back to apologize for themistake with the restaurant. I appreciated the call back and the willingness to make it right. Read more
