So I have tried this place three times all three times I got the same exact thing sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and all... three times it has been cold or partially frozen. Unfortunately each time I?ve stopped here on my way out of town I?ve alreadyhit the interstate before trying the food. Great hard fast workers and well staffed. Some of them still wear COVID masks which is nice. Men?s bathroom is not clean and... the commode is rusted and a cleaning brush sitting right there which is also gross. They should replace the toilet and have anauto flush and clean Mens bathroom more often. Also install a modern Urinal. The rest of the place seemed clean to me. Long drive thru lane. Just bought some sweet tea and a donut. After getting half way home I start drinking the sweet tea? I?m confused by the weird... taste. I drink again and they used reclaimed water on my sweet tea? Originally gave this place a decent review, but im afraid I can?t be too nice about it. Me and my friend got coffees before... school, specially a caramel latte and a pumpkin frappe. Their coffee tasted fine, though they complained about having stomachissues for at least 3 days after.. this has never happened at any other place before. I ended up being ok, but the milk in mycoffee tasted weird, like it had been expired for a few days. We got food as well, their sandwich and my hashbrowns were coldand burnt. Managers, please fix this! No complaints about the staff, though, the people were super sweet. I love Dunkin, butthis isn?t okay. :( Read more
Absolutely awful do not waste your time. This location and parking lot is way too small for the local population. Not to mention... the design of the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. It?s sufficient for maybe a town of 10 people not hundreds of thousands.It?s dirty inside and they have their door open constantly causing high temperatures inside the building. Garbage location. Waited 35 mins for my food. They even deleted my order from the menu. I could see the order going from in... progress to ready yet no food is on the counter. Several people waited 30+ mins for food. Seems like the purposely deleted ourorder. Plus they did not have half the items. Example , Bagles, Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is their name? Really? Read more
Went to get one of their signature lattes and instead of what I ordered, seemed like they just put in whatever they wanted,... slapped some whipcream on it and gave it to me. Waste of money. 2nd time I've been there and that was definitely the last.Please avoid this dunkin. Seems like they don't care about service. This is the worst place in the world. The only reason they are in business is because people are desperate to get coffee. They... never have anything in stock make you wait 40 minutes. They eat all the doughnuts themselves you can tell by there physique Ican guarantee you that. Close this place down! I believe a cashier named Victoria laughs at everybody even though she should bethe last one laughing at anybody. Read more
