Mc D has changed but not for the better. QSC&V are all but dead. Product quality is poor from temperature to assembly to... accuracy Service / Hospitality is non existant, rude & slow with staff that look and anything but Friendly andWholesome Cleanliness is an afterthought, run hard, fast and sloppy. Clean up at close Value is only available if you orderonline. God forbid we take care of the guests who take the time to come into the restaurant. Clearly paying $15 an hour has nothelped other than to put forth a terrible guest experience. I spent 8 years with Mc D so i am very aware of what it is supposedto be. In the end you have to manage the business in all aspects. Very Sad Situation Read more

Please just drive to another McDonald?s. This one will make you wait forever for your ?fast food?. This location is the closest... one to our Watergrass community, but after today they will no longer have me or my husband?s business. We asked for a fullrefund and took our business elsewhere. I ordered two meals and the receipt included 3 drinks. The additional drink was $1.49 + tax. After receiving our meals, I... brought it to the manager's attention, the cashier tried to give me another cup (no need for a third cup for two people), thenthe manager opened the register and gave me $1.40; I just took the money and left it at that. The return should have beencloser to $1.60, but understood these people didn't understand customer service, creating mistake over mistake. We have tried to order online 2 times this week, the first time my husband drove up there to pick up to find out after sitting... there for a bit that the location was closed. They were doing the change over from franchise to corporate or something likethat. The manager told him they didn't have access to the system to refund him. Then the order completely disappeared on the appbut we were still charged... I tried reordering the same thing the next day to drive up there and given the wrong thing toldthey wouldn't have what I wanted until the following week. Then I was told the manager didn't have access to the system to fixanything let alone they couldn't even open their tills. I was told to go home and print out the receipt. And nothing else... theworker stood in front of my car door until I took the wrong order started my car and left. So now I was charged 2 times fornothing. Corporate was barely helpful and now i get to sit and wait to see if the carges are refunded. 99% of the time ourorders are wrong, bland, or stale. We usually drive 20 mins the other direction to a further location if we want mc donalds. Read more

Fast food is not what it used to be. Obviously the product,. ingredients and source of meat etc mirrors their pricing.... Definitely a great example of "you get what you pay for" and sometimes not even what you pay for. Read more

6 years ago it was a 5 star rating. Lately it's a 3 average. Too many times I have been told to park to wait for simple things.... I'm currently waiting for a burger. Ive worked fast food for many years... no one waits for a burger. Read more

Food was good, counter service not so much. The guy that took my order may have been new - he mumbled as he talked imperceptibly... and stumbled through the order. After he took my order, he immediately disappeared and no one else was on the counter to give mea cup. When he returned I asked him for one and he said "which size?" - dude, you just took my order! Sadly, this is the generalexperience any more - I count my blessings to just get my order in both an accurate and edible state. Read more

Oder my meals and paid they asked me to pull to a spot yellow to be exact. I waited 30 minutes still no order. Every car after... me received orders. They tried to bring me the wrong order.i told them what order was they stated they would be back out. Nevercame out I finally just left after another 15 minutes. Will not be back to this store horrible service. Read more
