I used to always be a moes over chipotle girl but now I understand AND AGREE with the fact that they are all going out of... business. I ordered a veggie bowl with the intention of the base being lettuce. They then tell me after putting items in mybowl and having me wait in line that they are out of lettuce. I then hand the register worker a $20 bill. She proceeds to punchthe register multiple times in attempts to open it, absolutely frightening me. After 3 minutes of silence and no communicationfrom her she hands me the bill back with a blank stare saying nothing. I tell them they should make their other customers inline aware that they cannot take cash. The 3 women then proceed to be aggressively rude to me, saying ?it just happened and notto worry? as I am scrambling for another form of payment. It was not clean, tables were dirty. They did not have any white rice and did not know how to fold a burrito. The selection was... limited. Very poor for this type of area and being in the Shops of Wiregrass. They need to clean up there act or replace them.I will never return. Read more

This place is dirty. I tend to not want to eat at places where my arm sticks to the table. If that?s how you care for the front... of the house I cannot even imagine what the back of the house looks like. I?ve worked in restaurants for close to 15 years. Iknow what a dinner rush is like. But this place has no excuse. The salsa station and drink station no way in hell would I evenattempt to eat anything there. Things just out at room temp trash everywhere, no attempt of even the simplest wipe down. Justnasty. Read more

Never a worse restaurant experience in my life. I can't give 0 stars and leave a review. Cross contamination city. They wear no... name tags, aprons are filthy, workers were so rude it was to the point of being disrespectful. Salsa station and drink machinesneeded a serious cleaning. Trash overflowing, not one table in the place was clean. This was my 1st experience with Moe's ever,and I will never go to location # 605 in wesley chapel ever again. And I'm going to contact Moe's corporate as well. They needto know what is happening at this location !!! Read more

I've been eating at different Moe's locations since I was a kid, most recently when I was stationed in Southern California;... probably 2-3 times a week. First time I've had Moe's down here and something about both the salsas and my burrito just did nottaste the same at all. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely...off. Also none of their hand sanitizer stations worked, and themen's bathroom was busted. Read more

Very dirty, floor had food all over it. Tables and counters had food all over them. Bad language from employees. Heard all about... how one employee had to be an ?adult? and clean hair out of her bathroom? not very pleasant while eating dinner. Ordered ourfood and was asked by two more employees what I got. I don?t know if she was the manager, but whoever was on cash today at 12 PM for lunch was extremely rude. When I asked for a lid... for my food to take it home, she didn?t say anything and rolled her eyes. As she was grabbing me one, my boyfriend asked me fora lid for his food as well. I said to the person on cash, ?so sorry- can I have another lid?? Again, without saying anything,she looked at me and pointed in the direction of where the lids were. So I walked over and grabbed a lid myself which was withinarm reach behind the counter. Then as I?m walking away I heard her yell sarcastically at her co worker, ?next time YOU need tograb the lids for the customer. They can?t be reaching over the counter. I LOVE when customers do that.? So rude. Maybe if shewalked two steps over and grabbed another one or asked a co worker to grab it, I wouldn?t have had to. Jezzz. Read more
