Wonderful experience. The bathrooms were clean. The order process was smooth and seamless. There were plenty of order stations... so you did not feel hurried and had time to look at your options. I like the fact that you can specify the actual ingredientsthat you want or don't want. We found a clean table with no problem; we were able to hear them call our name from our table. Thefood was ready promptly and all at once, everything was made as requested also the temperature was spot on. The thing Iappreciate most was the area and variety of carry out containers that they had. I did not have to ask for anything. The visitwas very pleasant and I would highly recommend this location. This is a great restaurant with good service. Can I make a landscape suggestion for your outdoor patio? The wood fence is... helpful but not very tall or cozy. A great improvement would be bamboo ( or some other type of trees) planted next to or insteadof the fence. This would greatly lessen the traffic noise and make for a nicer, private outdoor space! I gave 3 stars for a men's restroom that was dirty at 7:30AM. Also their coffe 100% Columbia had no flavor of coffee tasted like... dark hot water with no coffee essence. The bear claw was spot on for Panera. My daughter had ice coffee which was bland too andher bagel was good. Read more
I have placed countless orders through Chris, Kailey, and Andrea. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. They know the... menu really well and give great suggestions. I have ordered a Madagascar Vanilla Cream, plain bagel with plain cream cheese, andthe order is called 'You pick 2.' Within the 2, I chose a bowl of Autumn Squash with a side of bread and a Classic GrilledCheese Sandwich. The Madagascar comes with 3 pumps of vanilla but I wanted it less sweetened so I only had 1 pump of vanilla. Itwas delicious and the perfect sweetness. My bagel was sliced and not toasted. The bagel was fresh and tasty and soft. Having thecream cheese on it gave the bagel a great kick to it. The Soup is my absolute favorite! Highly recommend it! The Classic GrilledCheese was nicely toasted and slightly crunchy. It was warm and fresh. The cheese was enough to make the sandwich taste soyummy. Throughout my visits, there was always an associate sanitizing the tables and areas frequently. Everyone follows the CDCguidelines. There was constant replenishing at the coffee credenza area. This was our first time eating here and we were incredibly impressed. Both my daughter and I ordered the bacon turkey sandwich.... I got soup and she got the strawberry poppy seed salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. We even ordered a chocolate chipcookie and were given the option of a warmed up one. It was also delicious. I think we'll be back again! Read more
I?ve been to this Panera twice and had a terrible experience both times. I eat Panera 4/7 days out of the week and know what the... Panera standard is. Last week I was at this location and ordered a full size warm grain bowl. They gave me a half size of thegrain bowl, when I paid over $12.00 for the full size. The second time I went I ordered over $50.00 in food online for mycolleagues and I. I asked for a few water cups to go since I had to go back to my place of business. They then directed me tothe beverage area where they have shot sized water cups, without lids. Maybe if I was dining in I would use the shot cupswithout lids, but it was clear to them I had a to-go bag in my hand. Finally, when I get back to my place of business and I amready to eat my food I come to find there is no silverware for any of the soups or salads; there was also only about a teaspoonof salad dressing for my full sized salad that I had to eat dry.
